About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive local medical strategy execution aligned with cross-functional teams and global objectives.
  • Engage external stakeholders through personalized, omnichannel scientific communication.
  • Lead insight-driven initiatives to shape the renal patient journey and improve outcomes.
  • Develop and execute integrated evidence generation plans with internal and external partners.
  • Leverage digital tools to enhance stakeholder engagement and medical education delivery.
  • Provide expert medical input on pipeline programs, disease areas, and approved brands.
  • Identify and address Real World Evidence needs using implementation science.
  • Organize and lead impactful scientific events and digital medical exchanges.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare system leaders.
  • Manage assigned budgets and ensure tactical implementation of medical objectives.

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced degree in health or life sciences; doctoral degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a medical function within a therapeutic area.
  • Proven ability to apply digital tools for stakeholder engagement and insight generation.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across diverse audiences and healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, dynamic teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing medical strategies and evidence generation plans.
  • Solid understanding of local healthcare systems and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Design Thinking or SCRUM in medical or scientific settings.
  • Familiarity with project management, health economics, and real-world evidence generation.
