-Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers (CPOs & Regional marketing and sales teams) on various low-medium complexity analytical reports. -Support and facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics. -Support GBS -GCO business in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding and training support, support team lead in all business related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories -To be an integral part of a comprehensive design team responsible for designing promotional marketing materials.
About the Role

Major accountabilities:
Lead complex data analysis projects to support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate analysis into business impact Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies. Support business units with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting needs. Assist in interpreting data and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. Lead the design and development of advanced Power BI dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in Power BI reports. Create complex DAX measures and optimize data models for performance. Implement row-level security and data governance best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate business needs into technical solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to BI strategy and architecture
Required Skills & Qualifications
Senior Analyst: 4–6+ years with proven experience in end-to-end BI solution delivery . Proficiency in statistical tools and techniques (e.g., regression, clustering) is a plus. Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a plus. Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Azure, Snowflake). Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Agile environments and tools like Jira or ServiceNow. Exposure to performance tuning and advanced analytics techniques Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) preferred
