Join us at Novartis. We're seeking conscientious professional for our Supply Chain Coordinator 12-months contract role. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring all aspects of our inventory control functions are completed within the 3PL system and SAP database. This includes inventory adjustments, product destructions, stock rotation, and coordinating temperature datalogger returns to manufacturers.
About the Role
- Managing and coordinating the inbound/outbound of materials and products.
- Updating and maintaining the SAP database to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitoring and reporting on warehouse KPIs.
- Ensuring shipping is handled according to received orders.
- Your adherence to our SOPs, ensuring all documentation is conducted accordingly.
- Your ability to contribute to on-time production supply by maintaining smooth supply chain operations.
Apart from these duties, you'll participate in special projects aimed at enhancing the overall efficiency of our Supply Chain division.
The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, a keen eye for detail, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
