Major Responsibilities 

• Nurture and sustain our Evolution agenda, socializing the narrative across the organization and developing and external voice and advocacy 

• Partner with the Therapeutic Areas, BE&E and Medical in devising innovative go-to-market strategies, to allow them to supercharge their customer engagement strategies 

• Handhold the Evolution of internal efforts, such as re-imagining our reach to patients, refining the payer access strategies or expanding our value proposition 

• Disseminate data driven decision making and promote a culture of evolution by introducing new tools, technologies, practices and mindset 

• Extend the company’s launch and growth playbook, with an expanded go-to-market formula that approaches underserved audiences 

• Entice Associates across the organization to commit to their personal growth and ongoing experimentation, influencing them with rationales and examples  

• Lead the local AI strategy with a transformation roadmap for the organization, from identifying key use cases to uplifting the overall workforce literacy 

• Become a key member of the IMLT, assist senior leadership in Operations and Development, and support key cross-functional workstreams to inspire prompt decision making and an enterprise Evolution mindset 

• Execute all the above with the utmost adherence to Internal processes/policies and with the highest ethical standards 

Key Requirements 

Experience 

• Degree in Medicine (or Bio Sciences), Engineering, Business Administration or Communication Sciences 

• 10+ years of experience leading diverse multi-functional teams of various sizes 

• 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences and/or Healthcare 

• Extensive Consulting and/or Project Management experience 

• Entrepreneurial experience as a founder or early employee 

• Experience working with/for Government  

• Proven record inspiring and leading change
