Martech Senior Analyst
Location: São Paulo, SP

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and support Veeva CRM to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and update web content using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design and optimize SQL queries and Snowflake data pipelines.
- Implement and manage integrations
- Automate marketing processes using Power Automate and Alteryx.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and document best practices.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in Veeva CRM configuration and support.
- Strong web development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Solid SQL knowledge and hands‑on experience with Snowflake.
- Familiarity with the ShamanGO platform.
- Proficiency in API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Experience automating processes with Power Automate and Alteryx.
- Proactive problem‑solver with clear communication skills.
- Curious and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
